DOWNTOWN NEIGHBOURHOOD ASSOCIATION

Reminder: Regular Meeting this Sunday, Mar 24 | 7pm, 333 Vaughan

This is just a quick reminder of our Regular Meeting being held this Sunday, March 24th | 7pm at 333 Vaughan Street.  After some requests from our residents, the format and agenda for the meeting has changed to focus on the downtown grocery store issue.  We’ve invited prominent members from our community to speak on the topic, including MLA Flor Marcelino and Downtown Biz Executive Director Stefano Grande.  We will hear a short presentation from each of our guest speakers, followed by an open floor discussion between our speakers and our residents.  You can find our meeting notes below.  We hope to conduct this within 1 hour.  The discussion may continue after this first hour for those that are willing to stay.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and move to action together as a community.  As a reminder to our residents and guests, the DCRA’s events and meetings follow a certain tone; on that is positive, semi-formal/informal, constructive, welcoming, and respectful.   This meeting will be moderated by the DCRA board team with our Code of Conduct in mind.  You can also find this below.

If you can make it and haven’t done so already, please RSVP and let us know at downtowncommunity@gmail.com or visit our page on facebook.

We hope to see you there!
